UVILEX 390

Toughened UVILEX 390 works in the same way as the UV Blocker, in that it absorbs the UV radiation at about 350nm. Again it is not suitable for museums or galleries, where 100% protection is required.

However, Uvilex is ideally suited for safety use as it can be toughened to BS Standard as well as absorbing UV (maximum temperature 250°C).

Please note the higher the light source the more UV output.  We have 4mm thickness available from stock.
